Returns – UK Orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

All items returned must be in ‘as new’ condition and be complete with their original packaging. Please make sure the packet is packaged well and do not stick anything directly to the item’s packaging which could damage it.

Please return the item with a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, or with a note with your order reference number and name.

Please note that you are responsible for any items sent back to us until they are received by us. For this reason, we recommend you use an insured method such as Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Special delivery to return items.

We aim to process all returns quickly and most are completed within 48 hours. If you have requested a refund you will be refunded to the original method of payment. If you require an exchange, the cost of posting your new item to you is covered by us.

If you are returning an item that you don’t like, don’t need or you’ve simply changed your mind on, then you are responsible for your return postage cost.
